Student law clinic negotiates four-figure settlement in mediation

The Aberdeen Law Project (“ALP”) is pleased to announce that they have successfully negotiated a four-figure settlement in mediation in connection with a long-running property dispute.

Prior to engaging ALP, the client had been unable to recover compensation for damage caused to their property by neighbours. Following mediation, the parties have now agreed to settle the dispute.

The client said: “I would like to thank Finlay and the Aberdeen Law Project for their support throughout this case. The team showed professionalism and offered expert guidance throughout. I am very happy with the outcome and I highly recommend the Aberdeen Law Project to anyone who needs legal assistance.”

Finlay Mailer from ALP said: “I am very pleased with this outcome. What began as a long- running and complex property dispute has been successfully resolved through careful negotiation and mediation. This settlement demonstrates ALP’s commitment to providing effective legal support, even in challenging circumstances.”
