Ms Annika Neukirch

Ms Annika Neukirch is a graduate of the University of Aberdeen, where she gained her LLB in 2013 and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2014. During her time at the University, she was herself part of the Aberdeen Law Project.

After University, Ms Neukirch trained at Stronachs, where she developed a particular interest in employment law. She has been a partner in the Employment Team since 2024. She has also been a tutor on employment law on the Diploma course at the University of Aberdeen.

Ms Neukirch has been a member of the Board since 2023. Her role is primarily providing guidance to the Representation Team on their employment cases, as well as assisting on matters such as data protection.
