We are delighted to confirm the appointment of two new Deputy Student Directors; Robyn Canning and Lewis Campbell.
Robyn and Lewis stood out in what was an extremely competitive application process and bring with them a great deal of talent and energy. We are excited to see how they contribute to the Project in the coming months.
Ryan Whelan, Chair of the ALP Board and Group Director for Strategy and Community Engagement, said:
“We were again this year faced with the challenge of choosing between an extremely talented pool of shortlisted candidates. That Robyn and Lewis have succeeded against such competition is testament to their first class abilities. We look forward to working with them as they take their first steps into managing ALP.”
Adam Davies, Director of ALP, echoed those sentiments. He said:
“This is the first year that I have been involved with the student leadership interviews and I now see just how competitive it is to be selected for a leadership role. All the candidates should be proud of their efforts in the project thus far and we look forward to seeing each of them progress in the important roles they hold.”
Robyn Canning said:
“It is a privilege to be appointed as Deputy Student Director. I am excited to see what I can achieve for the project and feel honoured to be able to continue to contribute to such a worthwhile organisation.”
Lewis Campbell said:
“I am grateful for the opportunity to represent the Project as Deputy Student Director. I fully intend to make the most of my time and look forward to furthering the Project’s founding principles by continuing to deliver access to justice.”
